This article is about various types of steel fencing,

Steel fencing can be used at your home or business, this type of fence once installed is very low maintenance.

There are various types of steel fencing i.e. steel palisade, welded mesh, and chain-link fencing.

Steel palisade

This fencing is particularly strong and almost no maintenance is required once installed, it comes in various sizes in height up to 9 feet and also comes with various tops for security purposes.

When installing this type of fencing firstly the framework is set up then individual pieces of Palisade are installed, the individual pieces of Palisade are installed in such a way that wind can easily travel through the fencing.

This type of fencing is perfect if you have security in mind and can also be powder coated, once installed it will last many years with almost no maintenance at all apart from that cleaning.

Welded mesh

This fencing again is very strong and can also be powder coated, height can be up to 9 feet, it is made up of galvanised steel which has small square holes allowing wind to travel through, it is particularly effective as semi-screening in your garden or at your business.

Welded mesh fencing is made to last and also is very low maintenance.

Steel palisade and welded mesh fencing is fairly expensive compared to other types of fencing but will last in excess of 50 years almost maintenance free apart from cleaning, it is extremely robust and will withstand any weather conditions.

Chain-link fencing

This type of fencing is not a strong as the above but is very common in the garden or at your business premises, galvanised bright core or powder coated can look particularly nice once installed, it is ideal in the garden as a boundary to stop your pet’s escaping the boundary.

It is made up of triangular holes so wind and light can travel through easily, it is also very strong and will not rot as it is galvanised wire, again very low maintenance.

The mentioned fencing is all made to last with almost no maintenance and is particularly strong compared to other types of fencing

These three types of fencing will not be affected by weather conditions unlike wooden fencing which does expand and shrink in certain weather
